Kubrick Week (May 26th-June 1st)

This week, I will be looking at the iconic films directed by legendary film director Stanley Kubrick. Kubrick (July 26, 1928 – March 7, 1999) has created some of the most memorable and technically innovative films in film history, despite only winning one Academy Award all his life (for Special Effects on “2001: A Space Odyssey”). “Dr. Strangelove” being the only Kubrick film I have seen in whole, I will be watching the following this week:

The Killing
2001: A Space Odyssey
A Clockwork Orange
Barry Lyndon
The Shining
Full Metal Jacket
